Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items. 

You may use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, though it is not required. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must send back or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling them in a way that was not necessary to check the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts

• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is essential for their production or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs 
• Swimwear is excluded from exchange
